abc-io.com and the abc-ai service platform are operated by redot1, a sole proprietorship owned by Christopher Porreca, located in Rochester, New York 14623, United States ("we", "us", "redot1"). Contact: support@abc-io.com.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. Accounts for minors must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
We provide AI infrastructure, interfacing, accessibility, and automated business services under tiered subscriptions described on our Pricing page. Some services are provided free of charge. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. Failed payments may result in suspension after a dunning period.
You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@abc-io.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; see the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited conduct is detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy and includes illegal activity, abuse, security circumvention, and infringement of others' rights.
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the services. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is stored using encrypted, content-addressed storage.
The abc-ai platform, software, and brand are owned by redot1 and protected by law. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services; no other rights are granted.
We operate redundant infrastructure and self-healing systems but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free services are provided "as available".
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, redot1's TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold redot1 harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate by cancelling and closing your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, unless prohibited by your local law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
