Account data (name, email); billing data (processed by Stripe/PayPal — we do not store full card numbers); service data you submit; and technical data (IP address, device/browser info, usage logs) needed to operate and secure the service.
To provide and maintain the services, process payments, respond to support requests, secure the platform, comply with law, and (with your consent where required) send service communications. We do not sell your personal data.
We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time.
We share data only with processors that help us operate: payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), our hosting/infrastructure providers, and email delivery. These parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data is stored using encrypted, content-addressed storage with access controls and audit logging. Secrets are held in an encrypted vault. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard measures and self-healing monitoring.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request disclosure/deletion and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do neither). Email support@abc-io.com to exercise rights.
