Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals. Monthly fees already paid are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
For first-time paid subscribers, if you are not satisfied you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge by emailing support@abc-io.com. This applies to your first paid term only.
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use a digital service immediately, you may consent to begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge you lose the right once the service is fully performed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal, typically within 5–10 business days.
Usage-based charges already incurred and any one-time setup fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been delivered.
