I’ve been an iPhone user for some four years after making the swap from Android to iPhone in 2021. This was motivated by work, as I wanted to see if a long-time Android fan could embrace iOS.
Verily, I did. And to such an extent that I’ve written quite a lot about how I’ve yet to return to Android phones. This is in spite of some of the best Android phones arguably being more interesting and feature-packed than the best iPhones.
But I need help, specifically from you, dear TechRadar readers. I want you to use the poll below to tell me if you think I should move back to Android, with the understanding that I’ll then write about my experience of such a move.
And then I’d be keen for you to pop down to the comments and tell me why I should consider such a move and what phones you’d recommend I try out; by that I mean actually put my SIM in and use it as my main phone.
For what it’s worth, I’d likely consider moving to the aforementioned Galaxy S25 Ultra, though we’re sure to see the rumored Galaxy S26 family pop up early next year.
I’d also like to take the likes of a Google Pixel 10 Pro for a spin, as I’ve long been a fan of Pixel phones.
But if it’s not going to be a huge fuss to keep various multi-platform apps all synced up, then I’m open to trying Android phones from other brands. I used to use flagship Oppo and OnePlus phones, so there’s definitely some curiosity there.
One thing’s for sure, I doubt I’ll be lacking in choice.
